Can I pay online?

Yes! Customers can go to www.trashbilling.com and put their web account number in to make payments on the website.

How much does an extra can cost?

Starting October 2024, an extra can will now be $20.

Are there any late fees?

All payments are due in full on the 15th of the month. If the payment is not received by the 15th a $3 late fee will be added to your account. Service may be temporarily interrupted until your payment is received.

Can I make payments via the phone?

Yes! We accept credit/debt, checking, and savings.

Why is the driver late/Did you miss my pick up day?

Our drivers pick up trash anywhere between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Always feel free to call if we miss your day entirely, but if we're running a little behind it's usually because we either had to call out or one of the trucks broke down. Just know we're working hard to get there ASAP.
