Can I pay online?

Yes! Customers can go to www.trashbilling.com and put their web account number in to make payments on the website.

How much does an extra can cost?

Starting June 2022, an extra can will now be $18.

Are there any late fees?

All payments are due in full on the 15th of the month. If the payment is not received by the 15th a $3 late fee will be added to your account. Service may be temporarily interrupted until your payment is received.

Can I make payments via the phone?

Yes! We accept credit/debt, checking, and savings.
